Torna in campo la Premier League, in un weekend condizionato dalla neve e dal maltempo in Inghilterra. Il Liverpool schianta per cinque reti a zero il Norwich, a segno cinque marcatori diversi: Sturridge, Gerrard, Suarez, Henderson e un'autorete. Il Manchester City non sbaglia, batte due a zero il Fulham e si porta momentaneamente a meno quattro dallo United, . Il QPR del nuovo arrivato Remy, subito in rete, pareggia per uno a uno in casa del West Ham, per gli Hammers la rete porta la firma di Joe Cole.
